This is a generic form to register you or your student for recognition on Graduate Sunday which takes place the last Sunday in May or first Sunday in June.  Please insert the appropriate date where indicated - if you know the date of Graduate Sunday please use that date.  If you are uncertain of the Graduate Sunday date please put in the current year so that we are sure we are using current information.
